Altitude Mission is a trading name.
What information does Altitude Mission collect from its Users?
Altitude Mission collects different types of personally identifiable information in order to be able to provide its services to You. Such information may include but is not limited to name, mailing address, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card information and other. Users provide all such information voluntarily through various booking forms, booking platforms (Acuity Scheduling and Stripe), email messages sent to Altitude Mission, telephone, etc.
Altitude Mission also collects different types of non-personally identifiable information that may include referral URL’s, Users’ IP addresses, Users’ use of website, information about the browsers used by the User, etc. Some of this information is collected through Cookies, which are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and are stored on your computer’s hard drive and help Altitude Mission identify you as the User. You have the choice to modify your browser and thus to reject the Company’s cookies.
How does Altitude Mission use the information it collects?
Altitude Mission uses all collected information primarily for provisioning the chalet or training course services you are booking and providing you with on-going client support. We may also use your information for sending periodic emails announcing important service changes, chalet and training course offers, promotional activities, etc. You can decide NOT to receive such emails by replying to any of them with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. We may also use your information to send you SMS notifications in case of issues which may affect your booking. User information is also used for improving Altitude Mission business processes to make your overall user experience more rewarding. Your information can also be used for resolving disputes and enforcing agreements between you and Altitude Mission.
Does Altitude Mission disclose Users’ information to third parties?
All personal information collected by Altitude Mission is treated as strictly confidential. We may disclose clients personal information if required by law. We may disclose part of clients’ personal information to our business partners, service providers or other third parties when this is required in order to provide the services you have ordered.
Altitude Mission may transfer Users’ personal information on the occasion of a sale of the company’s business.
What does Altitude Mission do to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of Users information?
We guarantee that we strictly apply all industry standard security measures to protect your personal information. There may be security and privacy limitations, which are beyond Altitude Mission control. By choosing to provide personal information to Altitude Mission you understand and agree that the security, integrity and privacy of your information cannot be 100% guaranteed.
How long will Altitude Mission keep Users information?
Altitude Mission will keep Users’ information for 39 months after the end of the winter season of the most recent Altitude Mission holiday or training course completed by you. In July each year we will remove any data that is over 3 years old. Should you want your data to be deleted from our database before that date, please email hello@altitudemission.com.
Altitude Mission reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes will become effective and binding after their posting on the Altitude Mission and/or Ski Angels website. You agree to regularly review this Privacy Policy for revisions and updates. By continuing to use Altitude Mission services and website after any posted revision, you agree to those changes.
