Altitude Mission is overseen by our board of Trustees. The day-to-day running of Altitude during the winter season is done by our staff and Altituders. Our Altituders are with us for the whole season, and help to run and initiate all the mission projects.

Will and Lara first had the vision for Altitude Mission over eight years ago. Since then, they’ve helped shape each season, building a community that shares the love of Jesus in the mountains and beyond. Their heart for people and passion for the local church continue to guide the mission’s direction.
They split their time between the French Alps and the Isle of Wight, where they live near the sea with their four children (all quicker on skis these days) and their golden retriever, Lily.
